This range of service must include technical expertise and assistance, training and upgrading programs, internal organization and control procedures.

We take every care in the hiring of Security Personnel Security personnel are required to have a minimum standard of education to meet the responsibilities of grade an assignment. Their characters must be irreproachable.

With the image of our clients in mind our Security personnel are required to have a good appearance, be courteous, polite and physically fit to perform the duties assigned.

Having taken great care in recruiting, the best of the applicants are chosen to become our Security personnel. We then commence a basic training program. No Security person is placed on assignment without this basic training or without the full knowledge of his job responsibilities and duties. Galaxy's policy adheres to a thorough training program and continual evaluation of its Security personnel.

Another crucial element of a quality security Company program is the supervision provided by the contractor - the security company. Supervisory personnel are fully trained in all security matters pertaining to the client locations and are responsible for the conduct of the security personnel under their control. Furthermore they are kept informed of the client's requirements, through frequent meetings and memorandums.

Each client location comes under the direct supervision of Galaxy�s management being on call 24 hours per day to assist and respond to your every need when and where necessary.

SUPERVISORY PRACTICES

Galaxy Security Services proposes to maintain and sustain a program of comprehensive written plans, policies and procedures to establish effective guidelines for the operational duties and responsibilities of the security personnel. Elements of such a plan will consist of, but not be limited to, the following:

• Management Level Response Plans
• Field Operations Response Plans
• Emergency Security Operations Procedures
• Security General Orders
• Standard Procedures (Administration)

The features of the program are diversified and cover both operational and administrative functions.

PATROL RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervisory personnel serve as the critical communication and implementation link between the guard force, the company and the client. Galaxy Security Services will employ a trained supervisory team whose responsibilities and duties will include but not be limited to the following:

• Making frequent and unannounced inspections, to ensure compliance of employee.
• Job performance, neatness, alertness, standards, etc.
• Reviewing the security program on a continual basis, assisting in training and Selection of personnel, their evaluation and promotability.
• Assisting with special problems, emergencies, extra staffing requirements, etc.
• Conducting inspections and control visits of security personnel, evaluating their Effectiveness on the job and keeping the company informed.
• Coordinating with the General Manager to insure all personnel are properly Trained and that such training is documented.
• Insuring that post orders are updated as required and that special and General orders are posted and reviewed by all security personnel.
